Ensinou-nos a n\u00e3o nos prendermos \u00e0s opini\u00f5es negativas dos outros, mas, em vez disso, a concentrarmo-nos em nos tornarmos mulheres \u00edntegras e autoconscientes. Aprendemos a gerir as nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, a reconhecer e respeitar as necessidades dos outros e a evitar comportamentos impulsivos. Esta forma\u00e7\u00e3o lembrou-nos que cuidar do pr\u00f3prio corpo \u00e9 um ato fundamental de dignidade e responsabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m nos inspirou um forte desejo de estar perto dos pobres e dos vulner\u00e1veis. Como futuros mission\u00e1rios, sentimos o chamamento para acompanhar aqueles que sofrem, especialmente os marginalizados e os que vivem com VIH. Queremos ajud\u00e1-los a compreender os desafios da explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual precoce e desinformada, a incentivar a abstin\u00eancia antes do casamento e a promover a fidelidade nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es. Esperamos ajud\u00e1-los a libertarem-se de comportamentos prejudiciais, como o abuso de subst\u00e2ncias, a viol\u00eancia sexual e a depress\u00e3o motivada pelo medo. Tamb\u00e9m lhes ensinaremos compet\u00eancias pr\u00e1ticas \u2014 como fazer sab\u00e3o ou assar \u2014 \u200b\u200bque os podem capacitar economicamente e trazer alegria \u00e0s suas vidas.
