A cl\u00ednica m\u00f3vel do Service Yezu Mwiza busca reduzir essas barreiras, chegando \u00e0s popula\u00e7\u00f5es onde elas est\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade integrados e acess\u00edveis<\/strong><br>Atrav\u00e9s da Cl\u00ednica M\u00f3vel, o Service Yezu Mwiza oferece servi\u00e7os essenciais, incluindo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultas m\u00e9dicas gerais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triagem e apoio \u00e0s pessoas que vivem com HIV e AIDS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sa\u00fade mental e bem-estar psicossocial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encaminhamento e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para unidades de sa\u00fade adequadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o prestados por uma equipe multidisciplinar de profissionais de sa\u00fade e trabalhadores psicossociais dedicados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do rastreamento do c\u00e2ncer do colo do \u00fatero<\/strong><br>Como parte do fortalecimento de seus servi\u00e7os este ano, a Cl\u00ednica M\u00f3vel do Service Yezu Mwiza agora inclui o rastreamento do c\u00e2ncer do colo do \u00fatero para seus benefici\u00e1rios.
