A estrutura dos nossos encontros \u2014 sob a forma de apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es e debates \u2014 foi extremamente valiosa para o meu crescimento pessoal dentro de um grupo e proporcionou-me a oportunidade de aplicar os meus conhecimentos e compet\u00eancias atrav\u00e9s de discuss\u00f5es abertas e sem press\u00e3o.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Embora eu nem sempre tenha participado de forma consistente nas nossas transmiss\u00f5es de r\u00e1dio, continuo grato pelas poucas sess\u00f5es que frequentei. Nossas confer\u00eancias foram oportunidades de aprendizado e de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica das diversas habilidades dos membros. Elas me deram a chance n\u00e3o apenas de aprender, mas tamb\u00e9m de me estabelecer dentro de um grupo.
