The project consists of six community homes for orphans \u2013 one in every zone of the parish \u2013 in villages close to primary schools, with eight or nine children in each home. The first was opened in June 2008 and the sixth finished in 2010. Each home takes 15 children and has its own diesel flour mill to promote self-sufficency. Local communities are fully engaged in the project.
