Samantha is passionate about seeing businesses in Africa grow. She works to develop and empower individuals, organizations and communities to achieve their fullest potential through providing insight, leadership, direction and training. Working with the Grass Company for the past 4 years and as a consultant with AJANSamantha has used these skills to help organisations better understand and meet the needs of their consumers and develop strategies to effectively target them.
Samantha specializes in Organization Development and Project Design generating insights on the core issues affecting the efficacy, growth and development of an organization or project which are hampering the attainment of overall goals and objectives. She works to develop effective co-creative strategies to address working with multi-disciplinary teams in market research, innovation and communication.
Samantha is an experienced content creator and trainer with a strong background of developing effective programs for effective learning. Her natural ability is backed by 17 years of experience in Business Administration, Training and Coaching, supplemented by qualifications in Business Administration and Educational Psychology and training in the Inclusive Business Accelarator model.
