Nairobi, 23rd April 2018: President of the Conference of European Provincials Fr. Franck Janin, SJ, visited AJAN Head Quarters in Nairobi .Welcomed by AJAN Director Fr. Quenum Elphège, SJ and AJAN Deputy Director Fr. Jean Charles Kubanabantu, SJ, Fr. Franck Janin, SJ was informed of AJAN HIV/AIDS efforts across Africa. He congratulated AJAN on her efforts to respond to the needs of the infected and affected persons living with HIV/AIDS in Africa. “It is true that HIV/AIDS in Africa remains a challenge and AJAN must enhance her efforts to communicate these challenges to the rest of the world including the whole Society of Jesus for a greater collaboration and cooperation in addressing HIV/AIDS” said Fr. Franck Janin, SJ. He further urged AJAN to keep faith and hope amongst the people AJAN serves in Africa.
