Before the training, I had some understanding of youth leadership and the challenges young people face, but I did not always know how to translate that knowledge into meaningful action. The training has helped me appreciate the importance of listening to different perspectives, working together and creating spaces where young people can freely share their experiences and concerns. 

The practical examples and activities made the lessons easier to understand and showed me how the knowledge can be applied in real-life situations. I now feel more equipped to engage with other young people, share what I have learned and contribute more meaningfully to my community. The training has also strengthened my confidence, broadened my knowledge and motivated me to be more intentional about using my skills to make a positive difference.
