As of May 2018, AJAN has ten staff. In 2017, Fr. Quenum Elphège, SJ and Fr. Jean Charles Kubanabantu, SJ joined AJAN as Director and Deputy Director respectively. The same year, Ms. Pascalia Sergon was appointed as AJAN Development Officer & Programmes Manager. Philippe Amanfo, SJ is AJAN Human Resources Officer.
