DONATE TO OUR CAUSES

“The world is a saw; it cuts both forward and backward.”

I give thanks, for you have been patient.

Everything that was in my heart, you have listened to.

Let us stand together, my friends; truly, I am crying.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

In these difficult times, let education be our strength.

To escape destruction, young people must not be foolish.

With faith, our portion is patience.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

Many have suffered; young people, take heed.

Know your Creator, and you shall find life.

Stand firm, and you shall find life.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

The world is a saw; we must stay alert.Know the Word,

so that you may avoid danger.

These times are filled with many challenges;

young people must be cautious.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

Day and night, the world keeps changing.

It is a warning to the youth: let us stop worrying aimlessly.

Hold firmly to everything that is good and enduring.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

This world has no lasting prosperity; my friends, remain steadfast.

Indeed, one must weigh life carefully.

If you lose your way, you will weep bitterly.

The world is a saw—it cuts both forward and backward.

By, Njeru Linet Murugi,

Youth Leader, St. Augustine Deanery,

Catholic Diocese of Embu, Kenya.
