It is true that through this little text, I cannot say everything that I discovered throughout the AHAPPY Refresher training organized at Centre Maisha, Democratic Republic of the Congo from March 3rd to 7th, 2024,. Each section covered allowed me to discover something new.

Through the AHAPPY program, I discovered that AJAN does not just focus on fighting HIV/AIDS exclusively. Although this is its main focus, AJAN touches different dimensions of life. What it takes to live happily with yourself and with others (my family, my neighborhood, the church, the country) by respecting these principles, I can protect myself from HIV/AIDS if I am HIV negative and live normally if I am HIV positive.

I have discovered that everyone is born intelligent, which is why it is essential to know yourself in order to use your intelligence well in order to be a good leader and a good steward of the work of creation. Since everything God created is good.

I discovered that I have a mission on earth: to make this world better than before.

Finally, I discovered that voluntary testing is the starting point in the fight against HIV/AIDS. It is by knowing my HIV status that I will have the right motivation to protect myself and others.
